Kylo Ren
Last month, a new baby alpaca born his name is Kylo Ren. He had to wear a crea coat for about a week after he was born because it was so cold out.
Kylo liked running in the field, And playing with Finn and Poe the other two baby alpacas who are about 5 months old.
These are some pictures of Kylo’s first time in the field.

The other day I helped out at Bug Night. As a thank you Miss Krista, who works at the park, sent me MEAL WORMS!  Yumm 🙂
In Captivity
I have raised 43 Monarchs so far this year. Â I am really excited because it has not been that great of a year yet. Â I have only had 4 sick ones, which is encouraging!
Today, I went out with my sister/friend and found a lot! She took 10 home after I taught her how to bleach them.
The four sick ones I put in a huge cage that I got a garage sale last year. Â I put some milkweed in there for them to enjoy.
One escaped. Â Two of them mated. She laid 23 eggs just today! I am hoping for more.
Releasing Butterflies
So far I have released ten healthy Monarchs! I have one more to release. Then I am not expecting any for awhile.
Right now I have a bunch of chrysalises-all should emerge close to the same time- 5 eggs and maybe 25 caterpillars.
